With 81,365 seats, Signal Iduna Park is the largest football stadium in Germany (around 55,000 of them season tickets). The legendary South Stand – the «Yellow Wall» – holds around 25,000 standing places and is the largest standing terrace in Europe. The British newspaper «The Times» once called it the most beautiful stadium in the world.
Getting to Signal Iduna Park from Switzerland
You travel with us by coach from Switzerland to Dortmund. Signal Iduna Park lies in the south of the city and can be reached from Dortmund's main station in just a few minutes on the U45 light rail to the «Stadion» stop – running frequently on match days.
Seating & tickets
With fussball-reisen.ch the BVB ticket is already included in the trip – with no separate ticket purchase. You receive your match ticket in person from the tour guide at the hotel after arrival. From your seat you experience the legendary Yellow Wall up close.
Where you sit: upper tier, east stand
On our trips you get a seat in the upper tier of the east stand – identical across all BVB trips currently on offer. For an even more intense stadium experience, tickets for the south stand directly above the legendary Yellow Wall are available from us on request.
Kick-off times & match days
The exact dates of the Bundesliga match days are set by the DFL only a few weeks in advance. Possible kick-off times are Fridays 20:30, Saturdays 15:30 and 18:30, and Sundays 15:30 and 17:30, plus some matches at 19:30.
