How do we travel to the match?
For over 35 years, travel has been by modern EUROBUS coaches departing from Switzerland. Please arrive at your chosen boarding point at least 15 minutes before departure.

Where can I board?
You choose your boarding point when you register. Available stops are the EUROBUS travel centre in Windisch, Winterthur Töss (Auwiesen bus stop) and the Thurau and St. Margrethen service stations; further boarding options are available on request.

How do I receive my tickets?
For FC Bayern Munich matches, stadium entry is digital via the FC Bayern App: download the free app to your smartphone — your ticket will be sent to the email address you provided when booking, before departure. For trips to Dortmund, tickets are handed out personally after arrival at the hotel.

What happens if the match is postponed or the programme changes?
If the programme changes, we will contact you by phone or email. The organiser cannot accept liability for unforeseeable events such as match postponements, abandoned matches, weather, breakdowns or traffic jams.
