How do we travel to the match?
For over 30 years, travel has been by modern EUROBUS coaches departing from Switzerland. Please arrive at your chosen boarding point at least 15 minutes before departure.

Where can I board?
You choose your boarding point when you register. Meeting points include the EUROBUS travel centre in Windisch; further boarding options are available on request.

How do I receive the e-tickets?
You will receive your e-tickets 1–2 days before the match via the FC Bayern app or the Allianz Arena app. Please download the relevant app to your smartphone before visiting the stadium so you can use your ticket.

What happens if the match is postponed or the programme changes?
If the programme changes, we will contact you by phone or email. The organiser cannot accept liability for unforeseeable events such as match postponements, abandoned matches, weather, breakdowns or traffic jams.
